About Nashira
I am a wellbeing facilitator, dance teacher, and founder of Bailando with Sally, a project that combines dance, movement, and emotional wellbeing in a welcoming and inclusive environment. My classes are inspired by rhythms such as flamenco, samba, Latin dance, and mindful movement, helping people build confidence, connect with themselves, and enjoy dance without pressure. I believe movement is a powerful tool for self-expression, connection, and healing.

Join Bailando with Sally every Friday from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM at Havelock Community Centre, 324 Fawcett Rd, Southsea, Portsmouth PO4 0LQ. A welcoming dance space where we explore different rhythms including flamenco, samba, and Latin styles in a fun, mindful, and supportive environment. Perfect for all levels. £7 per class.
