About Rokeeb
I am a passionate and experienced tutor with a strong academic background in Statistics and extensive experience teaching and supporting learners across different educational levels. I enjoy helping students understand difficult concepts, develop strong problem-solving skills, and gain the confidence to tackle academic challenges independently.
I teach Mathematics, Statistics, Further Mathematics, Data Analysis, Physics, Chemistry, English Language, and General Sciences. At undergraduate level, I provide support in areas such as Statistics, Algebra, Precalculus, Calculus, Probability, and Data Analysis. I also help students develop practical skills in statistical and programming tools, including SPSS, R, and Python, particularly for data analysis and research.

My Approach as a Tutor
I believe effective tutoring is about understanding, not memorising. I use a student-centred approach, adapting each lesson to the learner’s level, pace, strengths, and areas for improvement. I explain concepts clearly, break difficult topics into manageable steps, and use worked examples, guided practice, questioning, problem-solving, and real-life applications to make learning practical and engaging.
A Typical Lesson
Each lesson begins with a quick review or assessment of prior knowledge. I introduce the new concept through clear explanations and examples, guide the student through practice, and then allow them to apply what they have learned independently. We finish with a recap and targeted exercises to reinforce understanding and identify areas for further improvement.
What Sets Me Apart
With a background in Statistics and extensive teaching and tutoring experience, I combine strong subject knowledge with a practical understanding of how students learn. I have taught learners across different age groups and levels in Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analysis, Physics, Chemistry, English Language, and General Sciences.
