About Mamonare
My name is Mamonare Maja, a fitness trainer with over 5 years of experience in helping clients achieve their fitness goals in person and some in the comfort of their own home (virtually). My programs are customized specifically for you and your fitness level to achieve your goal. I provide clients with a tool to make healthy habits and live an active lifestyle.

With a passion for fitness, my goal is to help clients become fitter, happier, healthier, most confident and stronger versions of themselves through combining strength training and cardio as they burn fat and build muscle which helps the clients elevate their heart rate and improve muscular endurance. My programs cater for all fitness levels
