Ed has a fantastic approach to teaching; he has tailored our lessons in an unconventional structure to suit my needs as a musician and songwriter. I’ve been a student of Ed for 2 months and since we began our lessons my understanding of music theory and technique have accelerated. I had sense of drudgery when it came to music theory but Ed’s clear passion for music and his own creativity as a musician has meant that with encouragement and a space to learn, I have a new approach to how I write my songs.
