About Alir
I am a passionate and dedicated flute tutor with 8 years of teaching experience, working with students from school to college level. Music has always been a source of inspiration for me, and I enjoy sharing that inspiration with my students.
Over the years, I have helped many learners progress from beginners to confident performers, which has been one of my greatest achievements. I have also guided students to perform in events and competitions, helping them overcome stage fear and build confidence.
My teaching style is simple, supportive, and adaptable, focusing on strong fundamentals such as breathing techniques, finger coordination, tone clarity, and rhythm understanding. I also encourage students to express themselves creatively and enjoy the learning process.
I take time to understand each student’s strengths and challenges, and I tailor my lessons accordingly. My goal is to create a positive and motivating learning environment where students feel confident, inspired, and excited to learn.

I follow a student-centered teaching methodology based on Motivation, Communication, Integrity, and Creativity to help students learn flute in an easy and effective way. I aim to create a comfortable learning environment where students feel confident to express themselves.
I begin by understanding the student’s strengths and areas for improvement so I can guide them properly. I motivate students by setting clear goals and celebrating their achievements, which helps them stay focused.
Communication helps me explain important techniques like breathing, fingering, posture, and tone production in a simple and understandable way. With integrity, I guide students step by step and focus on building strong fundamentals.
I correct mistakes patiently and ensure steady improvement. Creativity allows me to make lessons engaging by including songs, exercises, and interactive activities. Along with flute, I also teach music theory, rhythm, and ear training to support complete musical development.
