About Deepthi
I am a certified yoga teacher and yoga therapist with a Master’s degree in Yogic Science and over 13 years of experience teaching yoga. I started my journey in 2013 and have worked with students of different ages and abilities. I am passionate about helping people improve their physical health, mental well-being, and overall quality of life through yoga. I believe yoga is not just exercise, but a beautiful way to create balance, strength, flexibility, and inner peace. I enjoy understanding each student’s individual needs and helping them progress comfortably and confidently.
