I teach sequentially, with an emphasis on classical music. I use the RCM curriculum, which is a well studied and supported way of taking students from beginner piano all the way through to advanced classical!
Especially with beginners, I use all sorts of games and activities to aid in the process of learning to read and feel music. I also enjoy supplementing with listening activities to grow your exposure to music in all its forms (big film music lover here!)
