About Brenda
My aim is to bring a unique sense of empowerment to each of my classes. Through intention, meditation, pranayama and asana my goal is to transform the students understanding of yoga, encouraging them to take the experience beyond the mat, where they can realize the true benefit and deepen into yoga practice.
After many journeys to India and experiencing the ashram life, I realised that Yoga was the path I wanted to deeply immerse myself into. I gained my Ashtanga Vinyasa Teacher certification in Thailand with Lorraine Taylor. I hold a Yoga Alliance US accreditation (RYT200). I furthered my training at the Yogacampus in London in 2015 becoming a Pregnancy Yoga Teacher with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli. (Womb Yoga Registered)
My pregnancy lessons are fluid, nourishing and deeply feminine. A practice that strengthens the inner relationship with the female body. My teaching offers to the mum-to-be, a peaceful time to connect with your heart and your babies' heart, achieve serenity and re-establish a bond with their true self.
I teach Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha and Pregnancy Yoga!!
One to one yoga lessons and small group classes are offered, focusing on the relationship between body, mind and spirit as a way to approach our world with respect and gratitude.
Beginners are welcome.... We need more Yogis in the world!!
