About Jonny
I am an adult learner who got 99.9% percentile on chess.com without a coach. It took me 2 months of playing 8+ hours a day to get 98% percentile. I burned out, not seriously looking at chess again until 2 years later, when The Queen's Gambit series popularised chess in the mainstream. This time, I started learning from grandmaster courses on Chessable, putting in 8+ hours a day for 4 months. Now, I'm here with my knowledge condensed and streamlined to guide you in your chess improvement journey. I illustrate how we don't need to be prodigies to get a strong rating in this fascinating game of intellectual prowess.
