About Ella
I am a 20 year old Dentistry student, gained 6A* 4A at GCSE, A grade AS and A*AA at A level. I have had a considerable amount of work experience with children and I have always been keen to help other people learn more and motivate themselves to improve their learning.

The key to success is motivating the student to have a strong work ethic and work hard for their results, so I try to create this in my teaching style. I do this by asking the student to identify the gaps in their learning and encouraging them to lead the session. It is important to confirm the learning has been effective so I also like to use exam questions and quizzes to not only make the sessions engaging but to practice exam technique throughout their learning.
