About Mira
With over 10 years of tutoring experience, I am a passionate French tutor teaching high school and college students, and I have successfully taught between 150 and 200 learners. My teaching philosophy focuses on clarity, consistency, and confidence building.
I believe students should feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace. I explain French concepts in simple English and guide students step by step through grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and speaking practice.
I personalise lessons according to each student’s academic goals and current level. I help students prepare for exams, complete assignments, and improve their overall understanding of the language. Regular practice and clear feedback are an important part of my teaching approach.
One of my key achievements is helping students gain confidence and improve their performance in French. Many students have achieved better grades and stronger communication skills. My goal is to help students succeed through supportive and effective teaching.

My approach to French teaching is learner-friendly and application-based. I use real-life examples and case studies such as writing emails, attending interviews, social conversations, and travel scenarios to make lessons meaningful.
I remain flexible and adjust my teaching methods according to the student’s progress and learning style. Collaboration is encouraged through interactive speaking tasks, group discussions, and listening activities that build communication skills.
Compassion is an important part of my teaching, and I provide positive feedback and guidance to help students grow confidently. Along with French instruction, I also teach grammar fundamentals, vocabulary expansion, pronunciation practice, reading comprehension, writing skills, conversational French, cultural awareness, and exam preparation.
