About Rachel
I am a registered dietiatin, passionate about nutrition and teaching.
In the clinic, I work mainly in the treatment of chronic diseases, nutritional deficiencies, nutritional education, weight loss and bariatric surgery.
I am also a researcher and teacher. I did a Masters in Food Science, a PhD in Biochemistry and a postdoctoral degree at Harvard Medical School. I have devoted years to scientific research and the art of teaching.
I taught in undergraduate and specialization classes and currently teach in graduate courses in Medical Nutrology. I am also a collaborating professor at the University of Pavia, Italy.

I am a registered dietitian, I work at my private office and I am also enchanted by teaching. I've teaching at undergraduate and graduate courses for over 15 years.
My goal is for you to learn and also fall in love with biochemistry and metabolism.
