About Farris
I am an undergraduate of Diploma in TESL at MSU Shah Alam. I grew up being very invested in the English language from a cultural and historical standpoint.
I am a fluent English speaker who prioritizes American English (AmE) which has become more widespread in today’s society. That being said, I maintain a connection to the British English-oriented curriculum of standard Malaysian schools to ensure that my students are exposed to both worlds.

As opposed to the usual teaching method at schools (I.e. long lectures, teacher-oriented lessons, heavy focus on memorizing grammar), I present the language in a natural manner.
Think of how many of us (especially younger generations) adapted to English by growing up with native-speaking movies, songs, and so on effortlessly. We learn through a relaxed and entertaining environment that is not forced.
That is my style of teaching. Through my lessons, students will learn the language with joy and support. No pressure or boring memorization.
