My lessons focus on the traditional techniques of Kalaripayattu, one of the world’s oldest martial arts originating from India. Training includes body conditioning, flexibility, balance, powerful kicks, strikes, and practical self-defense techniques. I guide students step by step in a structured and supportive way, helping them develop strength, discipline, agility, and body control. The training also improves mobility, coordination, mental focus, and confidence while introducing the philosophy and warrior spirit behind this ancient martial art.
