About Vaishali
Hi! I’m Vaishali, a trained Kathak dancer with 15 years of experience in learning and performing this beautiful Indian classical dance form. Kathak has been an important part of my journey, teaching me the value of discipline, rhythm, grace, expression, and storytelling through movement. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to perform and develop my skills, deepening my love and understanding of this beautiful art. As a teacher, my goal is to share not just the techniques of Kathak, but also the joy, confidence, and freedom that dance brings. Whether you’re taking your first steps into the world of Indian classical dance or looking to advance your existing skills, I’ll tailor my classes to your level, pace, and personal goals. From intricate footwork and rhythmic patterns to graceful movements, hand gestures, and expressive storytelling, we’ll explore the many dimensions of Kathak together in a supportive and engaging environment. I believe dance is a beautiful way to connect with yourself, celebrate our cultural heritage, and express what words sometimes cannot. I can’t wait to welcome you to my class and share the magic of Kathak with you! ️
