About Nicole
I am a Division 1 collegiate basketball player in the United States. Through my juniors I played in the Australian Nationals, the Sydney Flames Academy, represented NSW, and was on scholarship in the National Intensive Training Program. Additionally, I have been coaching local, school, representative sport teams, skills and personal training for the last 5 years.

I base my classes on the training I received through my development, simplified to match the player's abilities. I take the most effective training methods that I learnt from my best coaches, and apply them in my classes to improve and get optimal performance from others.
