About Paula
I love my life, I have wonderful people around me, my happy place is the beach, I love the mountains and I eat watermelons like crazy. Why am I starting with this? A few years ago I went through a divorce… a long, traumatic one, I was in pieces. It seemed to me that the future would be sad and lonely. Now I am happier than ever before, but it took me years to get to this point. That is why I became a coach, to help other women enjoy their lives again, without wasting time and leave the divorce in the past.

I show women that regret, sadness, anger, a desire for revenge, stress, a sense of failure, uncertainty, lack of self-confidence and all the feelings that accompany divorce do not have to stay with us forever and limit how happy we want to be. This does not mean that we will pretend that everything is fine, but I will teach you how to manage your emotions. In the next steps, I will show you that instead of trying to survive and fight what life throws at you, you can (yes, you can) decide for yourself how you want to live and what is best for you. Maybe you would like to be that carefree self from your youth again, or maybe you wanted to be an artist or you feel that you would like a completely different life. We will set big goals and plan small steps that will not overwhelm you, so that with each passing day you will feel like a new, better version of yourself. There are no taboo topics, judgments or criticism during my sessions. However, I guarantee a lot of positive energy that will stay with you for a long time.
