In my tutoring, I am goal and outcome oriented. This means thar I set goals and targets with the student and we work with a plan. A student will work with a target and my tutoring will be tailored to identify and help with the student's weak areas whilst upgrading the student's strengths. I believe jn students participating in their own growth.
