About Sarah
I have been a teacher for 10 years, and (specifically a high school teacher for 3 of those years) and am also a forever student. I love learning, however I understand the frustration that comes when a subject will not "click". As a doctoral candidate, I am an expert at researching ways to absorb information quickly and an expert at explaining things simply.
I have also worked as a professional dancer for many years and I love being able to explain complex anatomy to my colleges, and young dancers I teach. I find a lot of joy in learning and as a tutor I aim to bring joy into the studying side of learning.

If the learning is not personalized, it will not stick. When you book through me, we will sort through the biggest stumbling blocks of your subject area and find real-life examples to approach the subject. Although there are many types of learners, it is important to utilize all types of visual and audible sources to connect through distance learning.
When you book we can discuss whether we need to work off specific work (upcoming tests/ assignments) or whether it is best to tackle new content together for practice. We will plan in two week increments and reassess bimonthly to achieve your goals.
