About Scott
Can you imagine learning English through the rhythm and phrasing of indie music? These sessions are designed to turn complex grammar foundations into natural conversational fluency for IELTS candidates and university applicants. My background allows me to simplify pronunciation and accent work by treating language like a musical composition.
I draw on my 7 years of teaching to ensure that every idiom and expression feels practical rather than forced. It is truly fun to see how music makes the hardest vocabulary building exercises feel light and easy for absolute beginners.

Growing up with a blend of music and language performance shaped my path to teaching. I currently instruct people from Grade 3 newcomers to adult immigrants navigating life in Canada.
My 7 years of experience centers on building real confidence in speaking. I find it rewarding to watch students shift from shy observers to active participants in their new home. Working with 150 students has shown me that progress happens in small, consistent moments. Observing the light in a student eyes when they finally grasp a tricky phrasal verb is honestly the best part of my day.
