About Catherine
Hello!
I am a very experienced GCSE Science tutor, and having achieved A*A*A* in the three sciences myself, I know exactly how to get the best results.
I have just graduated from Durham University with a first in Law and now wish to help others achieve their own academic goals. I have taken over 70 final exams for my GCSEs, A Levels and Law degree combined! This means that I have plenty of experience and know the best methods for revision as well as exam technique, which I am more than happy to share. I also took a range of A Levels, including the Sciences and the Humanities so I am very well rounded and can tutor on a number of subjects.

My revision focus has always been efficiency and targeted study. I believe that learning is most effective when it is focused on consuming and processing information as swiftly as possible so that the full breadth and depth of the subject can be mastered and applied effectively in exams. Accordingly, I have devised a number of learning techniques that maximise understanding and retention, both of which are key to acing your exams. It is these techniques that I wish to incorporate into my tutoring so that you are able to learn and revise as productively as possible so that you remain engaged do not waste precious time that would be better spent on extracurricular activities.
