About Alan
I am a dedicated educator with six years of professional experience teaching 5th-grade Science and Social Studies. Holding a degree in Education, I have spent the last few years of my career at Bayou Lacombe Middle School, where I've developed a passion for helping students navigate the transition into middle school academics.
Beyond the classroom, I am deeply involved in student growth, from starting a STEM club to coaching youth sports. My approach is rooted in patience and understanding, especially for students who may need a different perspective to grasp challenging material. I am committed to helping my community's students build the confidence and skills they need to excel.
