About Megan
I’m a professional and qualified Spanish teacher with extensive experience ranging from (i)GCSE and A Level to Beginners and Business courses. I’m passionate about students making progress and being able to communicate confidently. All of my classes are based on student needs and objectives and I am pleased to offer the following sessions with a flexible pricing structure. - One-off and in-depth revision sessions - Regular, weekly sessions - Targeted exam support including sessions dedicated to oral assessment preparation - Intensive courses for business or travel - Beginners courses - Refresher courses for more advanced learners - Interview, presentation or meeting preparation // GCSE & A LEVEL SPANISH inc ORAL EXAM // I thoroughly enjoy teaching GCSE & A Level Spanish and teach with all of the major exam boards (Edexcel, AQA, OCR, Eduqas WJEC). I offer one-off, in-depth revision sessions or regular, weekly sessions. I work hard to ensure that students feel confident and fully prepared going into their speaking exams. // SPANISH TUITION // All of the following sessions are available starting at £35 per hour depending on specific requirements. I would be glad to discuss your specific needs. BEGINNERS COURSE Starting from scratch? Get the basics down and learn what you really need to know to get communicating. Weekly or intensive sessions available with post-class follow-up included. REFRESHER COURSE Available for learners with some experience that would like to build on communication skills or work on their accuracy. BUSINESS SPANISH Spanish for work settings. Need to prepare for an important meeting or presentation? We will look at the specifics and get you ready. SPANISH FOR TRAVEL Get yourself prepped and ready to make the most of your trip. I was going to Costa Rica for a 1 month wildlife conservation volunteering program, I wanted a refresher on my Spanish, as it had been a number of years since I had been to a Spanish speaking country, I have basic Spanish. I wanted to be able to have have conversations with local people. Megan was recommended to me by a friend. I had a few refresher Spanish lessons with Megan, who was incredibly friendly, the sessions were well structure, supportive and I felt more confident ahead of my trip and was able to practice my Spanish. I would highly recommend Megan, and will work with her again when I next need Spanish refreshers.
Meg was an amazing Spanish tutor for our daughter on the run up to her GCSEs. Meg’s calm patience , lovely manner and teaching expertise helped ruby to overcome her self doubt and really understand what she was learning.
