With over 12 years of swimming experience and teaching experience at the coaching level along with in water child classes, I can help you become a better swimmer in a matter of hours. I competed for 5 years on a serious varsity swimming program for my highschool. Our team ranked 6th in the state of New York this last year, and I qualified for the state meet in 7 events. I will work tirelessly to make you the best swimmer possible.

I can teach you the most efficient and fast ways to swim every stroke. I can also create workouts for those who want to get ahead of the competition and succeed in their swimming career. Each lesson will start off with setting goals for the future and end with a review of the positives and negatives of your technique. Personalized workouts will include drills along with interval sets to help you get the most out of your time in the pool. Finally, lessons will be fun and engaging for all ages!
