About Ayan
-I have been tutoring since 2010
-I have been a professional science teacher in mainstream for over two years
-Through personal development and building the morale of students, my students have achieved great grades. Foundation students had been placed in higher sets after my teaching methods and young students have been entered to sit their GCSEs earlier than usual.

-A master level science teacher with a passion for education and the development of students. I take a holistic approach to teaching, I mentor and also encourage a growth mindset with all my students.
-I think questioning and mini-assessments are crucial to progress as they allow me to monitor students understanding. I do this in three states, at the start of class I check their prior knowledge and using that I deliver my main lesson and assess them during that and lastly I do a mini-plenary at the end to consolidate what they learnt in class.
