About Joy
I started my professional journey as a recruiter in a staffing agency and gradually worked across diverse industries such as IT, steel mills, mining, port development, healthcare, plastics, logistics and supply chain, garment manufacturing, and facility management. Today, I run a startup focused on sustainable waste management. My career has taken me across India, Africa, and the Middle East, allowing me to understand business and management from a truly global and hands-on perspective. I’ve always believed that management education should go beyond textbooks. In real business scenarios, success often depends on solving problems with limited resources—accurately and efficiently—without compromising on quality. These are the lessons I’ve learned from my full-time roles across various sectors, and I now feel a strong responsibility to share them with students. I teach because I want to help the next generation of professionals gain not just academic knowledge, but real-life insights. I want to show you how business really works, how decisions are made under pressure, and how you can build the skills to thrive in any environment.
