The path that led me to the structuring and implementation of these sessions, is the result of exploration and the luck of having met valid teachers along the way that I followed with passion and esteem. Through practice and continuous training, the approach is increasingly precise and effective.

The methodology used is distinct according to the needs of the individual and a correct previous anamnesis is essential so that the foundations for a correct holistic path can therefore be laid. The session always starts with a short presentation and then moves on to the structuring of the session which generally has a beginning, a personalized psycho-physical warm-up phase, the focus will then move on to breathing and to yoga positions or adaptations of exercises of the oriental tradition. Finally a moment of reflection and meditation will increase the contact between mind and body so we will conclude the path.
