About Ali
I have been playing and studying music for my whole life, from the piano and violin to singing and theory, but by specialising in piano I was able to play Grade 8 pieces by the age of 9. I taught myself the piano from a young age and performed in multiple orchestras over the years. I have experience giving private piano lessons to family friends with no previous piano playing and have always enjoyed the process of working together towards becoming a confident pianist. I'm a friendly and patient person and I'm sure we will get along as I really value the significance of a teacher's attitude on the progress of a student.

Any level/age welcome, from complete beginners to experienced players - even if you've never touched a piano before, after my lessons you will have a new skill to enjoy for the rest of your life! I teach both online and face to face and we will have full focus on whatever you want to learn, whether you want to learn how to play your favourite songs or want to prepare for ABRSM exams (for which I will also help with theory), the most important thing for me is that you enjoy your time playing the piano while also reaching your goals.
