About Jenna
I am a mom of two boys, one being neurodivergent. I really feel my experience helps me see each student as an individual. For a decade before teaching, I worked with youth in the foster care system, which also helped expand my ability to reach kids where they are and help them learn and grow. I am big on social-emotional learning and the power of yet. These are all skills I try to instill in my students. In my free time, I love music, going to concerts or sporting events, and traveling. I also was a professional writer for a few years.
