About Sondra

I was an ECE for 6 years and now I am a teacher for the past 4 years teaching kindergarten to grade 8. I have worked in 5 different school and have worked in several different classrooms and with different grades.

About the lesson

I base my teaching practise on differentiating instruction for every child. I want to make sure that learning is based on their individual needs as well as using a flexible approach. Using children’s interests as a way of learning and relating what they are doing to practical uses so they have an understanding why they are learning a certain subject.
