About Georgio
I am currently coaching at West Ham United U16s, with over 10 years of experience in elite academies across the UK and Europe. My journey has given me the privilege of working with players across all levels — from some of the most talented young footballers in elite development programmes to grassroots players taking their very first steps in the game. As a UEFA A Licensed Coach, I bring both expertise and passion to every session. I am committed to creating a professional, supportive, and enjoyable environment where players feel safe, confident, motivated, and inspired to reach their full potential. I pride myself on my professional standards, attention to detail, and ability to connect with players. My approach blends empathy, clear communication, and innovative coaching methods — helping players not only improve their football but also build character, resilience, and the confidence to thrive under pressure. Whether working with academy players or individuals looking to take the next step, my goal is simple: to deliver the highest level of coaching and to help every player grow in ability, confidence, and love for the game.
