About Alessio
I am an experienced Spanish tutor with 10+ years of teaching experience and a strong commitment to student success. I have successfully taught around 150 High School and College students, helping them develop confidence and fluency through structured and engaging lessons. My teaching philosophy is based on making every student feel supported throughout their learning journey.
I focus on creating lessons that combine grammar, vocabulary, speaking, pronunciation, reading, writing, and listening in a balanced way. Instead of relying only on textbooks, I include conversations, real-life situations, videos, activities, and cultural discussions to make learning more interesting. Students are encouraged to participate actively and practise regularly.
Throughout my teaching career, I have helped students improve their classroom performance, examination results, and communication skills. Many students who initially struggled with Spanish have become confident learners through patience, consistent practice, and personalised guidance. Their success is one of my proudest accomplishments.
I believe every student deserves encouragement and individual attention. My classroom is a welcoming space where questions are appreciated and mistakes are treated as opportunities to learn. My goal is to help students build a strong foundation in Spanish while developing confidence that lasts well beyond the classroom.

I teach Spanish with a methodology that is student-centred, practical, and motivating. Accountability guides learners to set goals, monitor their progress, and take responsibility for their learning journey. Integrity ensures lessons are honest, fair, and adapted to each student’s strengths and challenges.
I embrace Flexibility, adapting lesson content, exercises, and strategies to suit different learning styles, proficiency levels, and personal goals.
Communication is central to my teaching; I encourage conversation, discussion, and interactive exercises to help students internalise grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation. A Positive learning environment motivates learners, celebrates achievements, and fosters confidence.
I also integrate complementary subjects such as grammar, literature, vocabulary, and cultural studies to provide context and enrich learning. My goal is to help students develop fluency, confidence, and a lasting passion for Spanish.
