Hey there! I'm excited to share a bit about myself and what I bring to our learning journey.
I'm no stranger to academic challenges. As a former AP Capstone Scholar, I delved deep into research and analysis, culminating in a mini thesis that I defended to the AP College Board. It was a journey that not only tested my knowledge but also refined my critical thinking skills in ways I never imagined!
Throughout my university journey, I've notched up exceptional marks in writing courses, where I've had the opportunity to explore diverse topics and express my ideas with clarity and precision. I've had the pleasure of working with different professors and thinkers, and I feel as though I've really honed by writing skills and analyzation techniques through those opportunities.

My teaching methodology relates concepts to real-world scenarios that students experience. This encourages deeper engagement and retention. Moreover, I emphasize continuous feedback, as I believe it is crucial for improvement and understanding. I provide constructive feedback on assignments and encourage students to ask questions freely, creating a judgement-free learning environment. What sets me apart as a tutor is that I focus not only on academic success but also on refining critical thinking, and confidence in my students, something I think all learners could continue to nurture. I also take pride in my flexibility. I understand many students struggle with anxiety, which is why I offer my services virtually, via face-to-face interaction (zoom/google meet), or remotely (essay proof-reads, etc.). My lessons are geared towards middle school (7-9) and high-school (10-12) students.
