About Tiger
Hi! I'm a high school student who has been playing piano for over 10 years and tuba for the past four years. Music has been a big part of my life, and I've had the opportunity to perform at school concerts, graduation ceremonies, and holiday events.
I really enjoy working with younger children because I remember what it was like when I first started learning piano. I know that every student learns differently, and I always try to be patient, encouraging, and supportive. I'm also a Head's Honor Roll student, and I enjoy balancing academics, music, and sports.
Outside of music, I enjoy soccer, skiing, and spending time with friends. I hope to help students not only improve their piano skills, but also build confidence and enjoy making music.

I know learning piano can sometimes feel challenging because I've been through the same journey myself. My goal is to make lessons enjoyable, encouraging, and relaxed so students feel comfortable asking questions and trying new things.
I enjoy working with younger students and helping them build confidence while developing strong musical foundations. Every lesson is adjusted to each student's level and learning style. Depending on the student's needs, we'll work on technique, scales, repertoire, sight-reading, and ear training in a fun and supportive way.
I also believe that quality music education should be accessible, so I strive to keep my lessons very affordable without impacting the quality of my teaching.
My lessons are best suited for beginner to intermediate students, up to approximately RCM Level 5.
