About Solomon
I personally like to have fun with any subject I am teaching students about because I recognize that things are easier to retain when emotion is behind it. When I can have fun with a subject, students usually are encouraged to have fun with the learning process as well. I can be stern at times, especially when some students seem nonchalant about a subject they are trying to learn. Thus, I am able to keep the tutoring professional and on topic at all times so students don’t become distracted in our lessons together.

The best way to approach learning any subject is volume and so my teaching method incorporates that. I teach students to relentlessly attack their weaknesses in whatever subject until mastery is achieved. I also teach students in STEM subject to boil things down to equations which helps them simplify problems. All math problems or physics problems, for example, have an equation behind a certain principle. If you can simply find the equation, no problem is really a “problem“ at all.
