Hi, I'm Vaishnavi! I'm a fluent English speaker with 4+ years of experience working in international technical recruiting, including supporting hiring for Google. In that role, clear, professional English communication was part of my daily work — speaking with candidates and hiring managers across different countries, writing precise job descriptions, and coaching people through interviews.
I'm passionate about helping others build the same confidence in English, whether that's everyday conversation or professional communication for work. I also bring a unique angle to CV and job-application coaching: as someone who has professionally reviewed and shaped hundreds of CVs, I know exactly what makes an application stand out — and I love helping students turn that same skill into real results.

Techniques and teaching methodology:
I take a practical, real-world approach rather than textbook drilling. For English lessons, we focus on the situations you'll actually use it in — professional conversation, everyday fluency, and confidence speaking naturally. For CV and job-application coaching, I bring my background as a technical recruiter who has reviewed and shaped hundreds of CVs professionally — I know exactly what a recruiter looks for in the first 6 seconds of scanning a CV, and I'll teach you to write with that lens, not just correct your grammar.
Typical length of a lesson:
I offer both 25- and 50-minute sessions depending on your goal — shorter, focused sessions work well for CV/cover letter feedback, while longer sessions suit conversational practice and structured skill-building.
