I am a very visual learner myself but I believe that the best method of learning is active learning. The method or writing notes and such is good for brushing up on topics but not for learning it before an exam or for your long term memory. I believe in learning a topic through theory and then with plenty...and plenty of examples. Particularly for exams, structure of learning would be tackling each topic individually and then attempting practice papers to then see where there are gaps in ones knowledge.
I am a Mechanical Engineering student at Swansea university however currently living in London. I am a very fun and outgoing person who after many exams has come to understand how to study effectively and efficiently. I am currently pursuing a first degree with honours at Swansea. I have experience tutoring sports (tennis) to young children around 12 yrs old and have tutored occasionally to A level student during my years at University.
