About Kayla
I am a certified English teacher with over 17 years of experience working with middle school, high school, and adult learners. I hold a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and specialize in reading comprehension, writing, grammar, literary analysis, and academic support.
My teaching style is structured, encouraging, and adaptable to each student’s individual needs. I believe students learn best when they feel supported, challenged, and comfortable asking questions. I focus on building both skills and confidence while making lessons engaging and practical.
Basically, I’m the teacher who explains things three different ways until the light bulb finally comes on. No judgment. Just results.
