About Patricia
My name is Patsy Ryland and I have more than twenty-five years of teaching experience. I am passionate about both education and sport, having spent many years as the Head of Physical Education Department whilst specialising in English Language teaching. My extensive experience has taught me how to motivate students, build confidence and help students reach their full potential through encouragement, enthusiasm and a supportive approach.

I have over twenty years' experience teaching English around the world, with the last six years spent teaching English online.
I am passionate about helping students achieve their language goals and believe that lessons should be both engaging and enjoyable. I have extensive experience using the Callan Method and have also taught Ellii lessons. My teaching experience includes Business English, General English, and lessons for beginners through to advanced learners. I taught for two years in Thailand and more recently I have been teaching Turkish university students. I tailor every lesson to my students' individual needs, creating a supportive environment where they can build confidence and improve their English naturally.
