I am an English graduate seeking to build a prosperous career. I love working with students and helping them to reach their potential. I have ten years of experience in schools and colleges. My teaching method is to break down complex stuff in to more manageable chunks. I also tend to use visuals to aid understanding. I always identify each pupils needs and then work with them based on their strengths and weaknesses. I have delivered many effective interventions, to enable pupils to catch up with their peers.
I have made successful progress with all my pupils. I am currently working in a primary school and work with (7-11) age groups. I have also worked in many secondary schools with ages (11-18+) and have a lot of experience of working with children.
