My approach to teaching is based around remaining patient and ensuring that the student feels comfortable during lessons. The main problems I hear time and time again from students, with regard to their classes in school, is that the lessons move too quickly and that they don't feel comfortable enough to ask for help when they have a problem.
I use a mixture of demonstration, drilling, short choreography, improvisation, with video link work ( for outside of class practice) discussion ( on history, culture and art of flamenco) and sharing of articles, as well as encouraging students to go to flamenco shows and dance workshops
I use illustrations, pictures and real objects(realia) and relate work to learners' lives. I encourage peer work/check to build learner confidence and foster autonomy. In addition, I differentiate tasks to be sufficiently challenging to every learner. I also give detailed and prompt feedback, verbal and written, to both learners and parents.
Maths is a tricky subject and I like to work individually with students. I have found that the best method when teaching children to understand the solutions and theory behind maths is to go through plenty of examples of different possible questions that could be asked on an exam step by step together.
I am able to teach students up to a degree level, and would structure my lessons personally around the student themselves. With each new student, I will be sure to first ask what you hope to achieve and learn from the tutoring sessions and what topics you would like to prioritise.
My teaching is based on providing a solid understanding of the topics by implementing the teaching into real-life problems. The lessons would consist of the explanation of the topic and its application in the form of pre-written examples to be solved in class as well as homework. I can provide lessons for most age groups up to college/degree level.
I specialise in business and management subjects for people who need additional help in these - for accredited or non accredited courses. Each delivery is tailored to individual needs. Lessons include giving the relevant information through computer display, workbooks, handouts, question and answer sessions and a review to ensure that the information is embedded.

In my first session, I will talk to my student to find out what they like and dislike about their subject, their current performance and what they want to achieve. After creating a progress plan, I'll use the future sessions with my students to go through the topics they struggle on and keep their current knowledge up to date.

I tutor everything in your course in a logical and easy to understand way. I base my classes on teaching methods that are effective and I approach each problem in such a way that the student understands. I recommended that students ask me questions when they don't understand. All pupils leave with an improved understanding, which is proven by my previous students success.

I teach key stage 2 students in preparation for SATS or their 11+ exams. I aim to give interactive sessions to engage pupils and promote children's natural curiosity. First sessions are spent getting to know the child and their current level so my teaching can be tailored to suit their personal needs and interests.
My teaching method is to focus on the areas that students struggle with, I base my classes on the subject I am covering and use methods that helps the student. I approach each topic by starting with the most difficult for the student to the easiest.
My teaching method is having a lesson plan for every subject and either going through them in order or whichever ones you find difficult.
Tutoring Approach: I usually start by working through various problems to gauge topics which a student may find challenging, this is therefore so we can focus on these to a greater extent. One to one tuition is an ideal environment for developing self-confidence in conquering the methods and techniques needed in Mathematics.
I am an Undergraduate psychology student and I give lessons in KS1,KS2 and 11 Plus revision in maths and english. I teach each individual subject using a child centred approach focusing on the child to ensure progression and to ensure the child enjoys learning. I am great with children amd every child will enjoy learning with me.
My teaching method is firstly getting my students to take a standardized test to see at which level they are initially at. I then commence to build on the students' knowledge and ensure they have a full understanding of the foundations so they are then able to gain further and detailed knowledge within the subject areas.
My teaching method is giving you the foundations of the subject and then building your knowledge on that base also giving real world examples so the student can understand and relate to the theory of the subject. I can teach up to GCSE level business studies .
I'm a BSc (Hons) Chemistry graduate with some teacher training behind me. I'd like to tutor in Chemistry to pupils aged between 11-18.
I present my students with the knowledge and understanding necessary to apply a topic to any scenario they wish.
I allow time in each session for the pupil to be independent, but also give valuable feedback to move the learning on.
My method of teaching is explaining and questioning the students however also involving them into a role play. This would allow them to grasp what we have learned much better and it will also make the lessons much more interesting.
I base my teaching on assessing each child. Firstly I do a series of tests to see what level the child is working at currently, or work with their current school grades. I discuss with parents and child, what is predicted of them and what we can hope to achieve together. I may even construct a timetable, timeframe of what I expect we will cover (from the curriculum) The fun part...
My technique with Maths and Physics would be to give an explanation of the key topic areas in the first 10-20 minutes of the session. Following this, I would give a set of questions for the students to attempt and I would show them the generic method to approach the questions by working through a worked example with the student.
I like to teach in a fun way which will be understood by all audiences from any age group. I like to incorporate humour and practical examples to my teaching especially when dealing with new and difficult theoretical concepts such as music theory.
I base any teaching around your needs, planning according to your attainment level and where you want to reach. I believe in inspiring and not only teaching. I use the most reliable and helpful resources to support my learners too.
