About Courtney
I recently graduated from university where I completed both my undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications. My focus during my postgraduate courses was on English studies (Honours 2020) and Intercultural Communication (PGDip 2021). I have also qualified as a TEFL teacher (2021). I have high energy and love the learning environment. Throughout my university career, I tutored other students as well as covered some editing and proofreading jobs. I have seen first-hand the difference that a tutor can make in a student's life, not only in terms of improvement in academics but also in a student's confidence in their own capabilities.

Having recently graduated from university, I have a clear understanding of how important and beneficial a tutor can be. All through university, I tutored several of my peers and a notable improvement could be seen in their work. I tutor in English and will be able to help with most school subjects. I enjoy a vibrant atmosphere which I encourage in my sessions as I believe that students who find the content interesting are more likely to engage with it better. I have a fairly flexible schedule and can thus accommodate my students' routine. I most enjoy working with middle to high school students but I am open to tutoring at any level.
