About Lily
I grew up with a single mom who was an English lit/lang major like myself. I understand the pressure to get the contraction of a word right, and the stress of “is this good enough?”. I make sure to explain that there’s nothing wrong with needing a little help with English class, not everyone is perfect at it.

I’m very thorough and have no problem explaining things over and over again if need be. I’m very passionate about the English Language, but I’m not perfect- so I can understand the frustration of feeling like you’re not smart enough for the subject. I make sure to let you know that there’s nothing wrong with not understanding something, nor needing a little bit of extra practice. Practice makes permanence.
