About Ellie
I am an English Literature with Creative Writing graduate who enjoys spending time teaching people about the subject. I have taught in primary and secondary schools, with a range of children some with additional needs and others with differing language abilities. The children I have worked with enjoy their lessons and achieve good and improved grades, no matter the level they are working at. I will work hard to create holistic lessons that work for the individual and understand that there is no 'one size fits all' approach when it comes to teaching.

I personalise my approach to each person I tutor so will carry out an introductory meeting to get to know the person and figure out how they learn best. I will use creative ways to teach and set homework tasks each week to ensure we are getting the most out of our time. Lessons will be between 30-60 minutes depending on your needs.
