About Joseph
My name is Joseph Dia and I am a undergrad English Literature student in my second year at the University of Birmingham. I am currently in London for the summer and offering tuition in the subjects of English Literature, Government and Politics which in both I received an A at A level and History where I received a B. The University of Birmingham is top 5 for English literature according to The Guardian university rankings. I have also provided attended two question and answer sessions for the BBC radio 4 book club.

I approach each student individually however it would be ideal if parents or students could send me the book titles or textbooks beforehand so I can plan each lesson accordingly. I also wish to know what grades you or your child is aiming for and a timetable in which your hoping these grades are achieved. The focus in the lessons (if GCSE and above) will be on analysis of literary themes in the texts, overview on critical theory and structure of argument. If you could tell me which exam board you are using that would be ideal too.
