About Ines

I'm an English student who is about to start university in a few months. I've always enjoyed Religious Studies, Philosophy and Theology in school. I achieved a grade 9 in Religious Studies GCSE and I am predicted an A* at A level. I have the necessary experience as a student who has recently sat exams to unlock your potential and help you maximize your knowledge to achieve those top grades.

The nature of Religious Studies and Philosophy can often be a difficult subject to grasp. My teaching methodology focuses on content coverage, exam practice and active retrieval. I will focus the first part of the lesson on A01, covering the breadth and width of content using the specification to maximize exam potential. I will also heavily focus on A02 critical evaluation, when relevant as this is often the key to success in Religious Studies and Philosophy. Lessons will also cover exam practice, with the student given homework at the end of the lesson with the expectation to complete for the next session. My teaching methodology enables students to actively consolidate their learning whilst bridging any gaps in knowledge when appropriate.
