About James
I am fanatical about literature. I have studied English Literature for seven years. I have a Bachelor's degree and an Honors degree and have now submitted my Master's dissertation pending approval. I have some teaching experience at the following places: 2017: Voluntary service at St. John’s Pre-Prep assisting teachers with reading and general exercises with children from Grade 0 to Grade 2 (6 hours per week) 2018: Voluntary service at the Link in Yeoville Community School, Grade 1 to Grade 2 (4 hours per week) providing support to children with reading difficulties, comprehension and general English language. 2019: Voluntary service at the Link in Yeoville Community School, Grade 1 to Grade 2 (4 hours per week) providing support to children with reading difficulties, comprehension and general English language. Other Achievements: Duke of Edinburgh Gold Award Completed 180 hours of community service including working with the mentally disabled on a residential project Eagle Award (from St John’s College) For community service and service to the school Family Life Basic Counseling Course Completed in April 2015
