About Daniel
I enjoy working with students with inquiring minds wanting to be more effective in written communication as well as critical reading. I have a "classical" education meaning experience in Greek (Socratic, Platonic, Aristotelian) philosophy. Having worked as a senior research associate with the US National Academy of Sciences assigned to NASA, I have a unique appreciation for the sciences.

I employ my own non-traumatic curiosity/discovery approach as published in "Unlock the Genius Within: Neurobiological Trauma, Teaching, and Transformative Learning." Typically, we choose a topic of mutual interest and explore it, emphasizing English, English Composition and Critical Thinking.
I have taught and tutored at multiple colleges and universities as well as Advanced Placement, College Admissions and English Second Language.
