Hiya Students!
I’m Mandy, a passionate and dedicated English teacher with over 14 years of experience.
My aim is to help you feel confident and capable when using English, while supporting you in achieving your personal and professional language goals. I’ve taught hundreds of students in four countries in a variety of settings, including private language schools, mainstream schools, and community centres.
I can help you reach your language goals, whether you’re looking to improve your conversational skills or prepare for exams such as Cambridge or IELTS. All lessons are tailored to suit your individual needs whether that’s speaking practice, exam preparation, or a combination of both.
I have experience teaching complete beginners as well as learners at all levels, from a wide range of language backgrounds, including German, Arabic, Chinese, and Japanese. I’ve worked with both teenagers and adults, and I aim to make my classes engaging, enjoyable, and creative.
I am CELTA qualified and, although I’m new to teaching online, I’m very comfortable with digital tools and expect to adapt quickly.
I offer a 30-minute introductory session to get to know you and understand your goals (this is a one-off session, not a regular class).
