In a nutshell, give an overall plan and work through the plan. I am a visual learner myself so I lay things out with lots of diagrams and clear key points. My strongest attribute is the background I can give to the facts and alternative explanations such as using fruit to represent subatomic particles during my explanation. Sounds a tad childish but it sticks in your brain.
